This self-adjusting centering system is used on Z-LINER boat trailers and helps to keep the boat properly centered on the trailer during loading and transport.
The Z-LINER centering system is tiltable and adapts to the shape of the hull. Due to the tilting capability, the system can move with changes in the hull shape from bow to transom. This ensures the boat is supported more evenly and better centered on the boat trailer.
The Z-LINER version is a heavy-duty centering system suitable for larger or heavier trailer setups. The system is available in various versions: Z1150 / Z1350 / Z1500 / Z1800, Z2000 / Z2300, and Z2700 / Z3500. Additionally, you can choose between rubber rollers or polyurethane rollers.
For tandem axle versions from Z2000 up to Z3500, the centering system is equipped with 3 wheels instead of 2 wheels. This provides extra support and guidance for the boat during loading and transport. Rubber rollers offer firm and protective support. Polyurethane rollers are wear-resistant, shape-retaining, and suitable for more intensive use.
