Description
This complete BPW brake shoe set is suitable for replacing worn or damaged brake shoes in compatible braked trailer axles. The set is designed for brake drums with an inner diameter of 250 mm and a brake drum depth of 40 mm and is suitable for BPW brake type S2504-7 RASK.
The brake shoe set consists of two primary and two secondary brake shoes and comes complete with all necessary tension springs, locking plates, and locking pins. This ensures the most important components for renewing the brake lining are directly available in one complete set.
This version features type CB1805 S2504-7 (Type RT) and has BPW reference number 09.801.03.80.0. Always check the brake type, brake drum dimensions, and the reference number of the existing parts before ordering. The size of the brake drum alone is not always sufficient to determine the correct brake shoe set.
For optimal and even braking performance, it is recommended to always replace the brake shoes as a complete set per axle. During installation, also check the condition of the brake drums, brake cables, springs, and other components of the braking system.
